We had a fun, eventful last week of July. Here are some highlights from the 1st half of the week.
The boys making a "fort" w/ the cushions and pillows while Hudson watches. Nyles cooking some popcorn on the BBQ. Unfortunately it burned.
Nyles putting Spiders in my hair. He thinks it's funny because I don't like Spiders.
Carter w/ his art work from pre-school and his Perler bead creations.
Monday morning Steve drove up to Bear Lake w/ the Young Men from the ward. They camped at Rendezvous Beach, which is on the southern side of the lake by Laketown. They stayed through Wednesday and had a great time. They had a pavilion to cook in, which they used for Breakfast and dinner mostly. They went out on boats during the day and played on the beach.

Our pretty wild flower in bloom in the yard. Barbara came down to visit as well. On Monday, we met up at Airborne and let the kids jump around and get their energy out. The kids had a blast!
Nyles giving baby Hudson a ride on my work chair.
On Tuesday, Barbara went to get her eyebrows done and Pauline had to work, so Dallin, Calley and Ezra came over to our place to play for the day. The kids played w/ squirt guns, jumped on the trampoline both with and without sprinklers, and played outside a lot. They had a lot of fun!
Baby Hudson had a fever every night unfortunately, as he was teething, but thankfully he was still happy most of the time during the day. After playing outside a while, we let the kids make Perler bead creations. Calley especially likes making things.
Here are all the creations they made in just a few hours. Carter with his dragonfly he made and Calley w/ her duck. The kids all working on Perler Beads (Dallin, Carter, Ezra, Nyles and Calley).
Tuesday Rose, Barb and Pauline came over for dinner. The kids had more fun playing together.
We couldn't resist looking at the cute legs of the babies, Lincoln and Hudson. They are 10 months apart but weigh the same. Later cute Hudson asleep in his bed.
After dinner we talked and played a game. It was a lot of fun! Me, Pauline, Barb and Rose.
Carter, Ezra, Calley, Nyles, Dallin and Hudson w/ their Berler bead creations.
On Wednesday, we met up at a splash pad in Bluffdale for the kids to play again. We had snacks and talked and had a good time. Nyles and Carter making noises w/ their mouths.
Barb and Pauline came back over later for dinner again and for the kids to play. They had fun making chalk art on the retaining walls then washing them off w/ the hose. Steve also made it home, yeah!
It was a lot of fun to spend more time w/ Barb and her kids while they were down. Until next time!
