3rd Week of April

The 3rd week of April was full pretty busy.  Steve was studying for his tests and finals coming up the next couple weeks.  I was really busy trying to keep up at work w/ my new position.  Nyles has been working hard at school and so has Carter in his pre-preschool.  We signed up Nyles for a couple "fun" after school classes as well.  The first is an art class on Tuesdays and the 2nd is a soccer class on Wednesdays.  He's definitely enjoying them, especially the soccer class.  I think he likes being able to run around and get his energy out. :)

Our daffodil came up!  More pretty flowers at the SLC temple.

We met Melanie randomly at Costco in Sandy :)

While our retaining wall was being built the skid steer tore up our lawn so we decided to put sod in.  So on Saturday, April 20th we got ready to lay sod in our backyard.

After we prepped the ground we had some of Steve's family over to help lay sod.

The boys followed the Easter Bunny to find their treats.  Over to the wall.

We then went inside and dyed Easter eggs.  Nyles thought it was the funnest thing ever!

All the eggs we colored.  After coloring them, Steve went out and hid the eggs in the front yard.

More eggs to find!  We actually re-hid them a few times because the kids thought it was so fun.

After our fun afternoon adventures we headed out to Rose's house for Easter dinner.
