Hegerhorst Family Reunion 2017- Cascade, Idaho

This year for our family reunion, we decided to have it up in Cascade, Idaho since Dexter lives there year round and also Daron during the Summer.  Though the drive from Utah was LONG (7 hours with no stops), it was a nice reunion in a beautiful place.  We left Wednesday around noon, in order to break up the drive.  We stayed w/ Barb and Rich that night, then followed Barb/Rich up to Cascade on Thursday afternoon.  Everyone made it up by that evening.  Here are some highlights (pics from most of us so there are a LOT of them).

Thursday night:  dinner, program put on by mom, and visiting.  Mom chose a "Cowboy" theme.

Friday:  after breakfast we went over to Daron's house and rode horses, roped, visited, played Bocce, and the kids just played.

After horse rides, we went over to the lake for a picnic, swimming and boat rides.

After swimming, it was back to the Spa House for dinner, then games with Grandma.

 After breakfast Saturday morning we all cleaned up and left.  It seemed a little too short this time around, so maybe next time we'll plan on another day.  It was great seeing everyone and hopefully everyone had a great time.  Thanks for the fun times and good memories.  Until next time, in 2 years!!!  Love ya!
