Here are some highlights from the 3rd week of June.
On Monday, Steve and the boys went swimming at the Cottonwood Heights. They met Stacie and Conor, and Kim, Alexa and Cameron there.
On Tuesday, Pauline asked to pick up the boys to go spend the day and night w/ them. They played on the electric scooter, played video games, ate muffins for dinner, went to the park, and played in the splash pad. Nyles and Ezra then went to YMs together to play volleyball, while the younger 3 (Lincoln, Carter and Hudson), stayed and watched Mario and ate popcorn and candy. We did a video call w/ Hudson, then he was able to go to bed.
The boys playing w/ Ezra and Lincoln.
Steve picked up the boys on Wednesday morning to go to the chiropractor (free kids's day). That evening Steve and Nyles went to the temple to do baptisms for the dead.
At the Draper Temple.
Our final team dinner before 1/2 of our team goes on to the RPC (Regional Planning Consultant) role.
On Thursday morning, Carter and I went up to Camp Tracy. Our neighbor Sydney Evans and 2 of her boys (Clay and Beau), and our other neighbor's boy Ethan Gatherum came w/ us. This was our Primary Activity group. Only one boy didn't go since he was going to go to the Cub Scout one. I told Pauline about it as well, so she signed up and joined on the same day. We had 4 primary kids, whereas she had 42. Only a little different :) We made tie dye shirts during an activity to wear to camp. I also told Pauline about it and her Primary kids did the same thing. Since our group was so small though, they combined us w/ another group of 18 kids.
The archery station.
Carter, Clay, Beau and Ethan.
Then some science experiments. Oobleck station!
And Alka-Seltzer tablets popping off the lids of containers. Then on to the bb gun station.
Then over to rock climbing.
More rock climbing fun and scooters.
We had lunch w/ Pauline's group. Then some team building activities. Then the row boats.
After the row boats they had closing ceremonies.

It was a fun morning at Camp Tracy. We got home by 2:30pm. We then finished packing up to head to Bear Lake. I'll post about that next.

It's a beautiful view!
We picked up a Little Caesar's pizza for dinner before leaving, then ate it one we were there.
After dinner, the boys wanted to try out our new paddle boards from Christmas.
We also played Cornhole while pumping up the paddle boards.
Hudson just wanted to swim.
Nyles and Carter picked up how to balance on the paddleboards pretty quickly!
Silly Piper! She wanted to keep biting the water, but she's still recovering from her ear infection, so she's not supposed to get her ear wet, so we had to keep her away from the water.
We then went back to camp and had a fire for s'mores.
Pretty view of the reservoir. Our campsite w/ our little camper.
Cute Hudson.
After s'mores it was bedtime.
The next morning, the boys cooked breakfast (pancakes and bacon). Then we went back on the water.
We took the kayaks out for a ride. We saw a mama sheep w/ her baby.

We took a nap after lunch, then decided to go back out, but on the other side of the reservoir.

We went for a ride as a family down the reservoir.
Steve and I tried the paddleboards, but couldn't hold our balance as well as the boys.
We then went back to camp for dinner.
More flowers in bloom around the yard.
We came back Saturday night from camping. We had a great time, but wanted to get home for church the next morning for Father's Day (Carter and Hudson were going to be singing in the Primary). We cleaned up after getting home, took a shower, and went to bed. We then went to church on Sunday (9am). Carter and Hudson sang w/ the other 5 kids in Primary for Father's Day. We then went up to Melanie/Brandon's place for dinner to celebrate Father's Day.
Cute Hudson w/ a pretend spider. He also put a crown on Joann and gave her a shield.
Conor ended up coming home w/ us. The boys slept up in the attic/Lego room.
We had a fun week. It's crazy we are already half-way through the month of June. We have a lot of fun summer plans we're looking forward to though. Summer here we come!

Hudson started swim lessons this week. He loves it!
Cute Hudson. Steve and the boys went over to Dave/Joann's place to help clean before closing on their house. One last picture before they sold their house.
Steve took pictures next to his handprints in the cement when he was younger (at his parent's place). Dave had his safe delivered to our garage. We can fit both the camper and trailer on our side yard now, yeah!
Cute Hudson taking pictures on Joann's phone :)
Cute Hudson at swim lessons.
Nyles and Carter participated in a rock climbing camp all week, from 12:30pm to 4pm. They both worked hard, learned a lot, and had a great time! Carter's friend Colin was there too. Nyles was the oldest in the group and got certified to belay the other kids down. Awesome job boys!
Saturday, we celebrated Carter's 9th birthday. In light of the birthday card my parent's gave him last year, we made cupcakes to honor it. We then went up to Lagoon to celebrate w/ cousins!

I took Hudson on more kiddie rides before we called it a day.

We left Lagoon, then went across the freeway and got Cafe Rio for dinner. Then we went home.
